Annual performance and development discussions are a key milestone in every company’s annual calendar. Much emphasis, focus and hope are placed on this meeting. A constructive, value-adding outcome is in the interest of the supervisor and the direct report alike.
This one-on-one session with a Senior Career Consultant will:
- help you reflect on past activities and successes,
- support you in evaluating and assessing observed behaviors, skills and competencies
- prepare a list of development and training ideas and
- ensure that you are best prepared for a productive and constructive discussion
The session will be tailored to fit the respective needs of the supervisor or the direct report.
