Step-by-step instruction for your first appointment

Select a date on which you have time. The days coloured green are available and can be booked.
Now you can select a time. The appointment will take about 20 minutes.
Confirm your selection to proceed to the next step.
We need your name, email address and a phone number.
For optimal preparation, we need your CV or LinkedIn profile.
Ask questions or give info in advance if you wish.
Click on book appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email and can use it to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

With whom do you have the conversation?

The initial interview is with our career consultant Carsten Sudhoff. Carsten has many years of experience in professional reorientation and career counselling. Carsten used to work for an international company as an HR manager in many countries. Among other things, he was head of HR at the World Economic Forum.

What are the next steps after the first appointment?

You will receive an individual offer for career advice as a proposal and we will introduce you to a possible career consultant. You are welcome to have another meeting with your consultant in one of our 10 offices before you make your final decision.
