What is Newcareer?
Newcareer is the career-consulting brand of Alixio, created for individuals. We work one-to-one with professionals and leaders who want to make a deliberate, well-prepared move – rather than leaving their next role to chance.
Who is Newcareer for?
Experienced professionals, managers and senior leaders – people navigating a redundancy, feeling stuck, planning a change of direction, or stepping up to the next level. If your career matters enough to invest in, it’s for you.
What happens in the free 20-minute call?
It’s a short, no-obligation conversation. We listen to where you are, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help – and what a sensible first step looks like.
How does the programme work?
Everyone starts with the Foundation: five focused one-to-one sessions to position yourself with clarity. You can then add Structured Networking and the Executive track as your search demands – each level builds on the last.
How much does it cost?
The Foundation is CHF 1’990. Adding Structured Networking brings the total to CHF 4’980, and the full programme including the Executive track is CHF 8’970 in total. Modular add-ons start at CHF 490 per add-on.
How long does it take?
It depends on your situation and the level you choose – typically a few weeks to a few months. We work at your pace, not a fixed timetable.
What is the "hidden job market"?
Most senior roles are filled through relationships before they’re ever advertised. Structured Networking gives you the tools to reach those conversations on purpose, while lifetime access to the Alixio community helps you keep building valuable connections long after the programme ends.
Do you guarantee a job?
No honest consultant can promise that. What we can do is dramatically improve how you position yourself, how you network and how you perform in interviews – which is what actually changes the outcome.
Is this the same as outplacement?
It’s related but different. Outplacement is usually funded by an employer for departing staff; Newcareer is for individuals investing in their own next step. Alixio also provides employer-funded mobility programmes.
